Position Overview

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing the target market for our offerings and enhancing the CSS service portfolio.
  • Assisting in the formulation of a sales strategy aimed at the Growth segment in LAD, along with developing tailored service solutions for clients in the region.
  • Designing and preparing sales materials to identify potential opportunities.
  • Effectively presenting and articulating the features and advantages of CSS, future developments, and comprehensive Oracle solutions.
  • Raising awareness among clients and sales teams regarding the solutions available.
  • Collaborating with Delivery, Support, and Product Management to create customized solutions for CSS clients.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Business Development Managers, and Sales Operations.
  • Delivering specialized training to Pre-sales and Sales teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of pertinent business experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a pre-sales capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in architecting, implementing, and delivering intricate service solutions for large-scale, mission-critical IT environments.
  • Background in IT project and program management, encompassing significant IT transformation, migration, and solution deployment initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to C-level executives and large audiences.
  • Experience in constructing TCO analyses and pricing for complex service offerings.
  • Project Management expertise.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A proven history of developing successful propositions for transformational and operational services in critical environments within major organizations.
  • Cloud Architect certification.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
