Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sr Manager of Service Management to support a technical and customer-centric role, delivering professional services that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide technical assistance for a range of CSGi's software and hardware solutions, managing incidents effectively.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Maintain close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Deliver both remote and on-site support and professional services to key clients.
  • Install and configure customer solutions.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and facilitate handover processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in Technical Troubleshooting.
  • Experience interacting with Mobile Operators in the region.
  • Familiarity with MySQLTM and Oracle.
  • Knowledge of Linux installation and administration.
  • Development/Scripting skills in Perl, Bash, JavaScript, and Ansible.
  • Proficient in English within a business context.
