Position Overview

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for a variety of key activities that drive our service offerings:

  • Analyze the target market for our solutions and enhance the CSS service portfolio.
  • Assist in formulating a sales strategy aimed at the Growth segment in LAD, while also developing tailored service solutions for clients in the region.
  • Design and prepare sales materials to identify and explore new opportunities.
  • Effectively present and communicate the features and advantages of CSS, along with future developments and comprehensive Oracle solutions.
  • Raise awareness among clients and sales teams regarding the solutions we offer.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Support, and Product Management to create customized solutions for CSS clients.
  • Work alongside Marketing, Business Development Managers, and Sales Operations.
  • Deliver specialized training to Pre-sales and Sales teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, including at least 2 years in a pre-sales capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in architecting, implementing, and delivering complex service solutions for large-scale, mission-critical IT environments.
  • Background in IT project and program management, including significant IT transformation, migration, and solution deployment initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to C-level executives and large audiences.
  • Experience in constructing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and pricing for complex service offerings.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in developing successful proposals for transformational and operational services in mission-critical environments within major organizations.
  • Cloud Architect certification.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
