Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture division. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent management strategies and programs that support the overall business objectives of Avertra.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition processes, manage employee engagement initiatives, and create opportunities for professional development and advancement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Managing the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Developing and maintaining relationships with universities and other sources of potential candidates
- Ensuring roles are being closed promptly and aligning with set KPIs and benchmarks

ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition StrategiesThe Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. This includes:
- Creating and implementing targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including university partners and industry associations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
The Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for leading employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. This includes:
- Developing and implementing employee recognition and reward programs
- Fostering open communication and collaboration among teams
- Identifying and addressing employee concerns and feedback
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent management and/or human resources, with previous recruitment experience as a senior or lead. Proven ability to create and implement effective talent management strategies and programs.
CertificationsPMP certification or similar is preferred. Any form of HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is also desirable.
