**Talent Acquisition Supervisor**
**Grade 20C**
**Location: Bogota**
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manages and ensures compliance with all aspects of hiring
- Develops and maintains Workforce Development pipeline programs to assist with recruiting and retention of employees.
- Oversees internal and external recruiting efforts for all positions within scope
- Evaluates strategy adjustments as needed for critical positions and works with the Center of Excellence on solutions.
- Performs market analysis and research to develop business justifications for compensation adjustments to ensure we stay competitive with the market
- Manages daily requisition dispatch of recruiters
- Maintains strategic partnerships with education partners to assist with recruiting and hiring strategies
- Provides issue escalation and supports resolution
- Supports internal and external recruiting efforts
- Provides talent advising on processes, procedures, and systems
- Works with team to develop and recommend creative hiring strategies and builds business cases for action
- Performs employee supervisory tasks such as performance management and career development
- Leads requisition recalibrations and escalations to ensure proper alignment for successful staffing efficiency

- Detail oriented with demonstrated experience soliciting and gathering information
- Analytical with ability to conduct market research and summarize data
- Ability to adjust workforce plans to meet current and future business needs
- Understands labor and employment laws and the impact on recruiting and hiring processes
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- 3 + years of Talent Acquisition Recruiting experience
- Experience working Workday
- Experience leading a team and/or leading others
- ** Advanced English (Fluent) - C2 or higher**:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m
- Will be hired remote with the intent to work on site (3 days per week)
**Basic Qualifications**
- Must have a bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience.
- Must have experience working with Workday.
- Must have at least three years relevant Talent Acquisition recruiting experience.
**Curriculum should be submitted in English.**
