About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer experience professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, service levels, and quality metrics.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year call center or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
