We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of customer experience professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, service levels, and quality metrics.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Minimum 1 year call center or equivalent work experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per annum.
