In this exciting role as a Customer Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of hospitality by analyzing data and optimizing guest experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sales and Property teams to ensure seamless interactions between clients and our company. Your primary responsibility will be to manage hospitality sales reservations, act as the point of contact for clients, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional experiences.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a systematic approach, and a passion for problem-solving. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in dynamic environments, and have experience working with Apaleo, Monday.com, and Hubspot CRM, we encourage you to apply.
