Position Overview:
We are seeking a persistent, organized, detail-oriented, and values-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role reports directly to the Onboarding Manager and will collaborate regularly with the recruitment, operations, and compliance teams. The successful candidate will conduct a high volume of follow-up calls, manage onboarding processes, and ensure compliance before the first day of work.
