About the Team

The Dialectica Growth Markets team is our fastest-growing segment, working with clients across Corporates and Financial Services.

The team focuses on sales to Hedge Funds and Investment Banks, as well as Corporate Sales to Fortune 500s and fast-growing SMEs.

In this role, you'll work closely with Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Marketing, and the Client Delivery team to grow these verticals.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and driven sales professional to join our Growth Markets team, focusing on Corporates in the Americas region.

You'll be responsible for selling into the largest corporations, building your penetration across teams and individual users, and owning your book and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  1. Be a key member of the Growth Markets team and play a crucial role in the development of the Corporates desk in the Americas.
  2. Own the end-to-end sales process for large Corporates in the Americas, closing leads and expanding on those closed deals to penetrate the organization further.
  3. Research leads, stay up-to-date with developments of your target accounts, network, perform demos, create customized client presentations, and own the sales process from beginning to end.
  4. Work with the BD and Product Marketing team to create unique campaigns and A/B test messages to generate more leads that close faster.

Requirements

  1. You have extensive experience (+5) with B2B Sales, ideally on an Enterprise level, whether in SaaS companies or not.
  2. You might have gained some experience in consulting, working with leading firms in Pharma, Healthcare, Industrials, Business Services, or TMT.
  3. You approach sales from a consultative angle, running in-depth discovery calls to understand the client's real problem and articulating how our existing solutions can help them or create new ones.
  4. You're both a hunter and a farmer, building your pipeline through your own skills or coaching your BD team, and not stopping when the deal closes but building the relationship and asking for referrals in other units or users of the firm.
  5. You have a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  6. You know how to use data to answer your questions and make your case, and you've worked with CRMs before to scale your efforts.
