We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executive - Hunter to join our Colombia team, specializing in our leading product, Proppit (B2B SaaS platform). This role involves developing new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies, leveraging Proppit's comprehensive features to enhance their marketing efforts.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and attracting new clients.
  • Expanding the company's client portfolio and the volume of businesses created.
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
  • Demonstrating the value and benefits of our product through a consultative sales methodology.
  • Interacting and negotiating with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle.
  • Tracking all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
  • Adapting to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business.
  • A successful track record of selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high orientation to achieving objectives.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus.
  • Native level of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
