Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commissions and performance-based bonuses.
Job Description
This is a remote position that focuses on prospecting and generating new leads in target markets. As an SDR, your main goal will be to build a pipeline of opportunities and ensure that leads are nurtured and passed along for further action. We use cutting-edge sales tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new leads within target markets.
- Qualify leads through research, cold calls, and outreach.
- Set up meetings for the sales team by establishing initial contact and understanding potential clients' needs.
- Utilize tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects and track outreach.
- Work closely with the sales team to help build a strong sales pipeline and assist in converting leads to customers.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, ideally in tech or staffing.
- Proven ability to prospect, research, and generate new leads.
- Strong relationship-building skills to develop ongoing opportunities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills (including video outreach).
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable using Office and CRM programs.
