Job Title: Property Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Representative to join our team at BruntWork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential real estate clients through high-volume cold calling, delivering scripted sales talks, and scheduling appointments with real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Conduct extensive research to identify potential real estate clients and deliver persuasive sales pitches to gain their interest.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase client engagement and conversion rates.
  • Client Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made, results achieved, and follow-up actions taken with potential clients.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively answer potential clients' questions about real estate services.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the real estate market and trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the real estate team to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback from potential clients to improve calling scripts and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle rejection, and basic understanding of real estate and property management.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping are necessary for maintaining accurate client information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and related software for record-keeping and communication is required.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience and location).
