Business Development and Growth Specialist

About Agileengine, LLC
We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, collaborating with our leadership team to achieve business goals, and creating engaging content to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of customer relationships to drive long-term growth and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with Partnership Directors and the Executive team to align on business objectives and strategies
- Create high-quality content to drive sales conversions and engagement across multiple channels
- Design and execute multichannel campaigns targeting warm contacts to maximize conversion rates
- Support Partnership Directors and the Executive team in planning and executing business trips
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within our CRM system
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in copywriting, storytelling, and campaign preparation (including custom personalized messages, articles/research, script writing, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, and/or Sales Development
- A keen eye for detail and ability to handle important data with precision
- A sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and results
- Strong self-organization and independence
- Eagerness to learn and continuously grow in your career
Prior Experience: A Plus
If you have experience with CRM systems, email and LinkedIn marketing, social media marketing (SMM), or an understanding of the IT industry and its trends, that's a definite plus
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience
