As a Lead Generation and Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential customers, identifying and connecting leads with the correct department, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing strategies to manage leads received through email and in our CRM Pipelines. You will evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our company's customer profile. This involves providing relevant information and resources to educate leads about our products or services, addressing their needs and concerns. You will also implement a systematic approach to track and manage leads effectively using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of lead interactions, communications, and progress through the sales cycle.

As a Lead Generation and Growth Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our intake department and other relevant teams to align lead-generation efforts with our overall business objectives. You will communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, feedback, and recommendations for optimizing lead and conversion processes. Additionally, you will coordinate with intake representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and facilitate a smooth transition into our intake department.

We are looking for a skilled professional with proven experience in customer service, lead management, or related roles within a B2B or B2C environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects. Analytical mindset, proficiency in CRM software, and a team player approach are also required.
