About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business opportunities with universities, companies, industry associations, and academic institutions to drive growth and expansion in the Colombian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion in the Colombian market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, companies, industry associations, and academic institutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or International Affairs.
- 2-3 years of marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
- Full proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-driven and motivated, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
