Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in resolving complex customer issues, utilizing thorough knowledge of our products and systems.
The ideal candidate will act as a senior resource for escalated cases, providing expert-level assistance and problem-solving while ensuring clear and professional communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert-level assistance and problem-solving for complex customer issues
- Act as a senior resource for escalated customer cases
- Ensure clear and professional communication with customers
- Record all interactions and troubleshooting processes in the company's ticketing system
- Contribute to the support documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical customer support
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk or similar software
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms and high level of technical proficiency with website management
