Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Associate to join our team at Sagan. This role involves handling incoming service requests, customer complaints, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments for service and manage the daily workflow of the team, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Support: Address customer complaints, return customer calls, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales: Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional services and Advantage Plan memberships, driving revenue growth.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize office operations, prepare and review purchase orders, and perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Administrative experience is preferred, but not required. We offer training for the right candidate.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required, enabling effective communication with our diverse client base.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Attributes: A positive attitude, excellent phone communication, and the ability to multitask effectively are crucial for delivering exceptional customer service.
Benefits:
  • Salary: Up to $1300 USD per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Location: Remote (EST Time zone), allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
