Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Support Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing second-level triage and support for employees and their computing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of Employee IT Services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate incidents when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all activities conducted, including status reports and time reporting
- Participate in training sessions for new hires and contribute to their growth and knowledge expansion
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A relevant degree or proven IT experience, with emphasis on broad exposure to all aspects of end-user computing
- 1-2 years of technical support and customer service experience
- Functional competence in the use of standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Tools)
- B2+ level of English
