About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Quorum Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring their success with our cloud-based software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software features and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our software offerings and customer experience.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and support requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
