Customer Success Engineer

Quorum Software is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical support and guidance, and ensuring their success with our products.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online support platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior technical support engineers and leadership teams.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Document and maintain accurate customer information, including call logs, email correspondence, and support requests.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership teams.
- Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of software applications, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
