About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Accounts Payable Lead to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for providing strong oversight and support to our 3rd party provider for all AP related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis and support to business users to drive flawless delivery of service and continuity of outsourcing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procure to pay process.
  • Evaluate and resolve issues with accounts payable processes by performing research and analysis and using critical thinking to arrive at solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels of the organization to promote Accounts Payable process standardization and improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements.
  • Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
