Key Responsibilities- Provide strong oversight and support the relationship with 3rd party provider for all Accounts Payable related activities.
- Identify opportunities for Procure to Pay process improvements with a focus on driving flawless delivery of service and continuity of outsourcing activities.
- Evaluate and resolve issues with Accounts Payable processes by performing research and analysis and using critical thinking to arrive at solutions.
The Team Lead Accounts Payable LATAM is part of the Global Business Services Accounts Payable team which serves as a center of excellence and expertise for all Accounts Payable activities in strong collaboration with our 3rd party business process outsource provider.
The Team Lead Accounts Payable LATAM plays a key role in planning and executing projects in support of Corporate Procure to Pay initiatives, provides analysis and support to business users, and maintains and governs LATAM AP systems and master data.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements.
- Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
