Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Accounts Payable LATAM to join our Global Business Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong oversight and support to the relationship with 3rd party providers for all AP related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis and support to business users to identify opportunities for PTP process improvements
  • Maintain and govern LATAM AP systems and master data
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels of the LATAM organization to promote Accounts Payable process standardization and improvements
  • Plan and execute projects in support of Corporate Procure to Pay (PTP) initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
  • 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements
  • Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization
