About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Accounts Payable Lead to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and support to our Accounts Payable operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong oversight and support to our Accounts Payable team, ensuring seamless execution of AP activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our 3rd party business process outsource (BPO) provider to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements.
  • Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
