As a vital member of the Central Billing division within the Financial Operations department, the individual in this role will be tasked with delivering Billing and Accounts Receivable support for National Account and Direct Sales initiatives. This includes executing billing and AR functions, coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly billing processes for both rental and direct sales accounts.

The role involves identifying, investigating, and resolving any outstanding inquiries and issues related to invoicing, payment processing, and the overall financial health of assigned accounts. Collaborating effectively with teams based in various locations, this position is essential in providing comprehensive Financial Operations services that prioritize Customer Satisfaction and meet financial and service performance metrics.

  • Ensure the prompt and precise execution of billing and associated services for programs that necessitate centralized or consolidated billing, statements, payment services, or other requirements supporting the customer’s Accounts Receivable profile.
  • Assist in the documentation needs of the Billing, AR, and Cash Management processes by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for each supported program.
  • Collaborate closely with Central AR and National Accounts teams to guarantee that customer payments are accurately posted.
  • Engage with service managers, account executives, and customers to proactively manage the assigned Accounts Receivable profile, ensuring that AR status and outcomes align with established targets and metrics.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support team members with account-specific resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable, ideally within a service-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with a proven ability to engage effectively with cross-functional business professionals.
  • Familiarity with process documentation and compliance testing activities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume daily environment.

Education Requirements:

  • An Associate's Degree or completion of college courses focused on Accounting.
