This role is essential in maintaining the financial health of our company and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Records: Maintain accurate accounting records of daily operations, including accounts payable and
- accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and traceable.

  • Payment Traceability: Guarantee the correct traceability of payments from clients and suppliers, monitoring and managing the collections and payments portfolio.
  • Expense Categorization: Accurately categorize expenses within the accounting system to ensure proper financial reporting and compliance.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in the companys accounts.
  • Electronic Payment Methods: Control, monitor, and report on electronic payment methods, ensuring all transactions are processed securely and efficiently.

Receivable Management:
Manage and register all accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.

  • Checkbook &

Money Orders:
Control the company checkbook and handle the electronic issuance of international money orders.

  • Insurance Claims Management: Monitor and follow up on insurance claims, certifications, and coverage, ensuring that all claims are processed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management, providing insights into the companys financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with financial reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
