Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of our accounts payable automation solution, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Customer Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Technical Integration: Guide clients through the technical integration process, providing expert problem-solving assistance and ensuring a smooth transition to our solution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall client experience.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base, capturing lessons learned and best practices to share with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications.
- Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion: Passionate about customer service and proactive in identifying solutions to meet client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing and/or integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, etc.
- Industry Knowledge: Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls, etc.).
