**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and payments
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payment
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve payment disputes and negotiate payment plans
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquencies

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
