Sellout and Inventory Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

The Sellout and Inventory Management Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the oversight of partner sales and stock levels, aiming to provide precise weekly insights to the sales teams and other stakeholders, while also aiding the organization in informed decision-making.

Duties Include:

Serving as the primary liaison for partners regarding sales and inventory training and execution. Ensuring the accuracy and validation of sales and inventory information. Generating weekly and monthly reports along with dashboard visualizations. Responsible for verifying records of distributors, resellers, and end customers to ensure alignment with D365 and MDM data.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales support, partner engagement, and data analysis.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with Power BI. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft D365 or Salesforce. Proficient in English.
