Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Reservations Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing inventory management, optimizing revenue streams, and providing outstanding service to both guests and residents. Your analytical skills will be vital in managing data to inform strategic decisions that drive our success.

  • Support the management of our latest property by ensuring effective inventory utilization to boost revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams, including Revenue, Sales, Accounting, and Operations.
  • Identify potential opportunities or risks impacting customers or the business, taking initiative to implement solutions in partnership with operational teams and management.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of pricing structures, room categories, and offerings across current and future properties; ensure accurate loading of rates and inventory into relevant systems.
  • Review reservations to confirm they align with the correct pricing structures and ensure all necessary information is accurately configured.
  • Manage both new and existing reservations from various internal stakeholders, including corporate and group bookings.
  • Act as the primary authority on inventory, conducting analyses of room availability, pricing, and revenue metrics.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports on inventory usage, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries, along with additional reports as needed.
  • Develop weekly forecasts to project occupancy levels and align inventory needs; share forecasts with relevant departments.
  • Assist in compiling reports and relevant data for the operations team.
  • Establish and update all pricing codes within revenue management systems.
  • Conduct data collection, entry, and strategic analysis.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the property, showcasing a proactive attitude and readiness to take initiative.
  • Dedicate a significant portion of your time to accounting responsibilities, including data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to enhance property performance.
  • Oversee guest relations for both hotel guests and long-term residents, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve processes.
  • Maintain an innovative and inquisitive mindset; contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and structured processes.
