Key Responsibilities:
The Sellout and Inventory Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the management of partner sales and inventory, aiming to provide precise weekly insights to the sales teams and other stakeholders while aiding the organization in informed decision-making.
Core Duties:
- Serve as the primary liaison for partners regarding training and delivery of sellout and inventory data.
- Oversee the monitoring and validation of sellout and inventory information.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports along with dashboard visualizations.
- Ensure accuracy of records for distributors, resellers, and end customers in alignment with D365 and MDM data.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales support, partner engagement, and data analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft D365 or Salesforce.
- Proficient in English.
