Your Role
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing financial review and planning functions for designated functional areas and/or business units, with a primary emphasis on Inventory and Excess and Obsolete (E&O) items. Your main objective will be to deliver timely financial insights and support to business teams, enabling them to make informed spending decisions that align with their operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Facilitate the monthly financial review process.
  • Manage various financial business processes, including strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
  • Provide business partner support for daily operations and special initiatives.
  • Assist business partners in comprehending financial policies and practices.
  • Enhance your understanding of inventory flows to engage business partners in discussions aimed at improving inventory management and E&O.
  • Participate in Global Inventory meetings and calls.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Support inventory investment management decisions.
  • Complete other ad hoc reports and assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.

  • Demonstrated potential for future development opportunities.
  • Proficiency in advanced POWER BI, Excel, and Access.
  • Knowledge of information systems relevant to finance.

Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, or 4-5 years of experience with successful completion of the ZB Finance Development Program and strong performance.
  • CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English (B2+ / C1) is required.

Travel Requirements
Up to 10% travel may be necessary.
