Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Reservations Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing inventory management, optimizing revenue streams, and providing outstanding service to guests and residents alike. Your analytical skills will be vital in managing and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions that drive our success.

  • Support the management of our latest property by ensuring optimal inventory utilization to enhance revenue.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including Revenue, Sales, Accounting, and Operations, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify potential opportunities or risks impacting customers or business performance, taking proactive measures to implement solutions.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of rate structures, room categories, and offerings across current and new properties; manage the integration of applicable rates and inventory into relevant channels.
  • Review reservations to confirm alignment with the correct rate plans and ensure proper setup of routing information.
  • Oversee the management of new and existing reservations from all internal sources, including corporate and group bookings.
  • Act as the primary inventory analyst, conducting evaluations of room nights, rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports on inventory usage on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, along with additional reports as needed.
  • Develop weekly forecasts to reflect occupancy trends and balance inventory requirements; share forecasts with relevant departments.
  • Assist in compiling reports and necessary information for the Operations Support Team.
  • Build and update rate codes within revenue management systems.
  • Conduct data collection, entry, and strategic analysis.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the property, showcasing a proactive approach and readiness to take initiative.
  • Dedicate a significant portion of your time to accounting-related tasks, including data analysis and reporting, to enhance property performance and occupancy rates.
  • Manage guest relations for both hotel guests and long-term residents, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration, providing constructive feedback and challenging existing processes to foster improvements.
  • Maintain an innovative and curious mindset; contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and structured processes.
