About the Role

As a Product Sales Expert at Infobip, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability for our dedicated products across all target verticals and customer types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for identified account lists.
  • Build, align, and execute regional and product-level goals.
  • Drive product adoption in the region by providing sales support with product knowledge to increase opportunity closing rates.
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies and customer segmentations, incorporating cross-functional feedback on market share, client opportunities, and blockers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HQ teams.
  • Identify key growth areas and develop strategies (in collaboration with local teams and HQ) to capitalize on these opportunities and address potential roadblocks.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to align quarterly priorities, initiatives, and markets, contributing input on new growth areas for our SaaS offering while aligning marketing strategy.
  • Keep regional team members informed about latest major product features or new releases, ensuring better solution offerings for targeted clients.
  • Collaborate with SOP to analyze product pipelines in the region, drive clear tactics to enhance performance, and overcome gaps to achieve targets.
  • Regularly sync with HQ (PSM) to share regional product feedback and valuable insights on regional use cases, ICP, pricing, and other commercial conditions, along with proposed solutions.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, and help remove roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional teams.
  • Partner with marketing to leverage product wins, create social proof, and positive noise.
