Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the FMCG vertical.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales plans and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FMCG vertical and its key trends and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or Maritime University (desirable).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum 8 years of logistics experience with proven 3 years sales experience in the FMCG vertical (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Technology vertical.
- Logistics financial acumen.
- Proven track record in assessing customer needs, developing and selling logistics solutions.
- Negotiation skills by adopting a value-selling approach.
