Job Title: Vertical Sales Executive

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Vertical Sales Executive to lead our Ocean and Logistics sales efforts in the FMCG vertical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the FMCG vertical.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales plans and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FMCG vertical and its key trends and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or Maritime University (desirable).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum 8 years of logistics experience with proven 3 years sales experience in the FMCG vertical (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the Technology vertical.
  • Logistics financial acumen.
  • Proven track record in assessing customer needs, developing and selling logistics solutions.
  • Negotiation skills by adopting a value-selling approach.
