Regional Marketing Strategist for North Latam

Crypto Directories seeks a seasoned Regional Marketing Strategist to spearhead local product campaigns and develop growth initiatives in North Latam.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Regional Marketing Strategist. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional product campaigns, owning local marketing strategies, and growing strategic marketing partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional product campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Owning local marketing strategies, including growth initiatives, strategic projects, and full-funnel marketing programs.
- Designing marketing campaigns, complete with communication, performance marketing, social media, and activations.
- Collaborating with global marketing to localize relevant campaigns in service of user growth.
- Managing and growing strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
- Mapped out user journey and increasing user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education, and operation campaigns.
- Ideated, tested, iterated, and optimized growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels.
- Grow user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand in fun, creative, and informative ways.
- Monitoring campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Execution-oriented mindset with humility, drive, and scrappiness.
- Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.
- Ability to work independently.
- Capacity to work under pressure and short timelines.
- Balance strategic planning with operations and execution.
- University degree relating to Marketing (a plus).
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing.
- Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, and event management.
- Proven experience in growing and managing user base.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
