Business Development Manager for Advanced Materials

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking to drive business growth in the advanced materials industry?
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at IMCD Deutschland GmbH & Co KG. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success in the advanced materials industry. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the advanced materials market
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, science)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the advanced materials industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
