Job Title: Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Manager to join our team at SD Solutions. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, hiring, and onboarding a team of Inbound SDRs, establishing best practices for outbound prospecting and handling Inbound leads, and providing day-to-day coaching and professional development to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Inbound SDRs and establish a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
