Insurance Sales Development Specialist

NeoWork is seeking a talented and driven Insurance Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Colombia. As an Insurance Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and qualify them for insurance products
- Nurture client relationships and provide exceptional customer support to drive sales growth
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions to meet their requirements
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products
- Negotiate and close insurance sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports to track performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market
- At least 1+ years of proven experience in insurance sales, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in insurance products and industry knowledge, with the ability to stay updated on market trends and competitors
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity, with proficiency in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication
- We provide comprehensive training for all candidates, regardless of their background or previous experience as a VA
- The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs
- This is a 100% home-based position, with ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company
