Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our company.



Key Responsibilities


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and generate leads, including conducting outbound campaigns and researching potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including communicating their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, customizing proposals based on each client's specific business needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off.


Requirements


  • 1-4 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry.
  • Great charisma, personability, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Extremely self-motivated, high energy, and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
  • VISA/ability to travel to the US.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
