About the Role

The Americas Corporates desk is seeking individuals to join the Commercial Leadership Track, unlocking new revenue from new and existing accounts.

You'll be part of a newly formed team, serving as the front face of the company, with opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career in a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Opportunities
    • Research accounts and investors' backgrounds, creating content that resonates with prospect users.
    • Book and deliver meetings, understanding needs and finding solutions to serve them.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of prospects and define strategies for deeper relationships.
    • Become a master of our CRM, logging activities and ensuring impeccable data tracking.
  • Building Client Relationships & Generating Recurring Demand
    • Capitalizing on excellent work to ensure recurring demand.
    • Winning and impressing new users until building a name for Dialectica within target accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in BDR or SaaS related sales roles, understanding pipeline, qualification, and lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong user relationships.
  • Tenacious, resilient, and love being on the phone, finding creative ways around relationship building.
  • Love a good challenge and happy to figure things out along the way.
  • Work well under pressure and ready to go above and beyond.
