About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our Americas Corporates desk and play a pivotal role in unlocking new revenue from new and existing accounts.
As a player/coach, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and upskilling a team of 3 Business Development Representatives in the region.
You will work closely with our solution teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drive meaningful relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new opportunities through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and coach a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in BDR or SaaS-related sales roles
- Fluency in CRM, qualification, pipeline, and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacious, resilient, and results-driven
