About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client Service Team.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for conducting high-level research, identifying industry experts, and building relationships to deliver exceptional client experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales, project management, negotiation, and professional communication while expanding your commercial awareness.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Academic achievement in any undergraduate field (Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Proven leadership skills and participation in extracurricular activities
  • Demonstrated interest in business and a goal-oriented mindset
  • A growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and development
  • Excellent networking and sourcing abilities, leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn and internal databases to engage and convince suitable experts
  • Strong ability to achieve quotas, meet specific targets, and deliver projects within set timelines
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written); Fluency in French is a great asset
  • Knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin is an asset
