About the Role
The Americas Corporates desk is seeking a Business Development Leader to join the Commercial Leadership Track and contribute to unlocking new revenue from new and existing accounts.
This role will be responsible for setting up, managing, and upskilling 3 Business Development Representatives in the region, playing a pivotal role in creating and commercializing a key role within Dialectica.
Our current and potential customers include Fortune 500s, high-growth scale-ups, and everything in between.
As a key member of a newly formed team, you will be the front face of the company, with your success setting the foundation for a much larger commercial team with global reach.

- Building client relationships and generating recurring demand post-first cases
- Management/Coaching
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in BDR or SaaS-related sales roles
- Fluency with CRM, qualification, pipeline, and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacious, resilient, and a love for finding creative ways around relationship building
