Overview and Expectations

Role Summary:

This position entails a sales function in a dynamic environment, focusing on the management and enhancement of business relationships with designated accounts. The individual will also pursue opportunities to attract new clientele. Regular engagement with key decision-makers within the assigned carrier and retail accounts is essential to facilitate effective product placement and market penetration.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing Lenovo's market presence within the assigned carrier accounts by collaborating with Marketing and Trade teams to design and implement both Below-The-Line (BTL) and Above-The-Line (ATL) marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include creating channel incentive programs, conducting sales forecasts, strategic planning, and negotiating with carrier executives to boost product sell-in and sell-out.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in technology-oriented firms.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Ability to construct a compelling value proposition and adeptly navigate the sales process to achieve objectives.

- Willingness to travel as necessary.

- Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

- Strong team collaboration skills and a results-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in English is required.

- Exceptional communication abilities.

Preferred Experience in Sales: Experience in the Smartphone, Telecommunications, or Retail sectors is highly regarded.
