Senior Business Development Specialist for Strategic Partnerships

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. This role is focused on screening, planning, analyzing, and developing new business ventures and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and divestments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed due diligence on target companies, evaluating their financial performance and potential for growth.
- Perform valuations of target companies using various methods, including financial modeling and analysis.
- Negotiate and develop definitive agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms are fair and beneficial to both parties.
- Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including project management and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in business development, with a focus on joint venture transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- An estimated monthly base salary of $12,500, which includes benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
