Drive Sales Growth as a Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth and unlock business potential in Colombia and Ecuador. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets. Your expertise will be essential in leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization to achieve sales targets through high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and identify customers' needs and align them with the Drives portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources.
- Plan and execute product strategies according to market requirements.
- Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.
- Lead local pricing strategy and assure the division's profitability.

Qualifications for the Role
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory). MBA or specialization in Marketing (desirable).
- Highly skilled in portfolio management and the electrical distribution market, specifically with variable speed drives for medium and low voltage.
- 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, technical sales, or related functions.
- Enhanced knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electrical distribution portfolios.
- Passionate about business strategy, market intelligence, customer experience success, and pricing excellence.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Availability to travel.
