Our client, a leading multinational company in the automation sector, seeks a Sales Revenue Growth Leader to drive sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in automation and control sales and 3+ years of experience in the Power Generation industry.

Job Description
The Sales Revenue Growth Leader will be responsible for achieving sales quota and targets assigned on a yearly basis. They will provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all proposals submitted, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate records of pricing market levels, sales, and activities to report to the PWS LAM Director & regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the region through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all proposals submitted.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing market levels, sales, and activities.
- Identify and develop funnel opportunities and track them on a weekly basis in CRM.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in automation and control sales.
- 3+ years of experience in the Power Generation industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge in control systems.
