About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target high-potential group customers to generate business for our hotel, while minimizing conflicts with our existing sales efforts.
  • Negotiate and finalize group contracts that meet our revenue and budget targets.
  • Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business for our hotel, including company-wide programs, sales developments, and prospecting projects.
  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned market territories to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted group targets are achieved.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or a related field.
  • Proven sales track record and excellent communication skills.
