About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in a key market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with key clients and partners, and contributing to the development of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with our company's revenue goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key clients and partners, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and revenue management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as hospitality, sales, or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
